Yes, Abdiel Development is now an official Wyoming nonprofit with an IRS EIN number!

My good friend Al has extensive experience working with nonprofits and the IRS. He has agreed to take our nonprofit through the process of making it totally legal!

When this is completed we will be able to offer tax write-offs to people wanting to provide property to build homes for retired US military veterans especially homeless ones. Already we two potential people with property.

Mark Ware, who is in charge of Veteran Affairs for western North Carolina, and his wife Edye, formerly a nurse and currently an executive for a medical supply company, have joined as members as required by the Wyoming Secretary of State for a nonprofit. It has been a long arduous journey but we are almost there!
